Here's what to expect
Our next group coaching course will start on Thursday 6th March 2025 at 18:30 GMT and take place over Zoom every Thursday until 27th March 2025. Each call will last approximately 60 minutes. There will be a maximum of 4 participants on the programme. Each meeting consists of information, coaching, tactics, and powerful exercises that create profound and lasting change.
You can choose to work on any health habit that you wish to transform. There will be some simple home practices for you to do between sessions and you'll also have access to a WhatsApp group for extra peer and coach support. All you need is an internet connection, an open mind and a willingness to change!
The usual cost of the 4 week programme is £95. However, the cost for the focus group starting on the 6th March is free of charge. All I am asking for in return is your extremely valuable feedback that will be used to improve and shape the course in the future.
