About Me
I'm a habit change coach and I’m endlessly curious about why we do the things we do, and how we can change the habits that are no longer serving us. I believe we all deserve to live with more freedom, peace, and inner harmony. And I believe those things start from within. First and foremost, I’m someone who’s walked the path myself. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns you didn’t consciously choose, longing for change but not knowing how to make it stick. My work is rooted in trust, non-judgement, and a deep respect for your journey, wherever you’re starting from.
From Striving to Self-Awareness
For most of my adult life, I've been a high achiever on the outside, running a successful wellbeing business, earning a master’s degree with distinction and winning a scholarship in the process. I became one of the first female instructors at my martial arts club, achieved a second-degree black belt in kickboxing and a black belt in kung fu, and won my age group in my first-ever triathlon. So why did I have this constant feeling of 'not enoughness'? I even worked as a model in my teens, another layer of external success that masked a quieter internal struggle.
On the surface, it looked like I had it all together. But deep down, I was living from a place of self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I downplayed my achievements and often felt uncomfortable owning them. I had a persistent sense that I needed to do more, be more, prove more. What I didn’t realise was that much of my drive was coming from deeply ingrained subconscious patterns, stories like “I always get things wrong,” or “It matters what other people think.” These patterns, likely shaped by years of masking ADHD, kept me constantly doing while rarely feeling at ease.
Things started to shift when I began questioning something that had quietly been holding me back for years - my relationship with alcohol. That decision opened the door to something far bigger. It wasn’t just about alcohol. It was about awareness. I began to see how much of my life was being shaped by habits, thoughts, beliefs, and stories I wasn’t even conscious of. Once they came into the light, I had choices I didn’t realise I had. That deep knowing, that no matter your circumstances you have the power to choose how you respond, changed everything.
Now I live in a way that feels far more peaceful and grounded. I still love a challenge but it’s no longer about proving anything. It’s about choosing what’s good for me and how best I can show up for those around me, with presence, energy, and heart.
The Way I Coach
Today, I help others make the same kind of shift, out of autopilot and into a life that feels calm, and completely their own.
I’m a certified This Naked Mind and ALP coach and I specialise in helping people break free from unwanted habits, thought patterns, and behaviours without shame, or pressure, or unrealistic expectations. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, and supporting change through awareness, curiosity, compassion and self-trust.
Coaching with me is warm, honest, and grounded. I bring kindness and compassion, but I also don’t hold back when I see what’s getting in your way. My approach has been described as “challenging guidance”. I reflect the truth with care and help you take action to reach your goals in a way that feels aligned and empowering. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. But I’ll help you ask the right questions, tune into your own wisdom, and create lasting change on your terms.
How I Live and Work
I live an alcohol-free life and am committed to supporting others in exploring the freedom that can come from changing their relationship with alcohol. I approach this work with integrity and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I do my best to live in alignment with the values I coach from. This includes looking after my physical and mental health, investing in my own personal growth, and making conscious choices that support my overall wellbeing. I try to live by two simple questions: “Is this good for me?” and “Do I feel proud of myself?”
I’m not perfect (far from it!), but I’ve come to accept my imperfections, and sometimes even appreciate them. They remind me I’m human, and that’s more than enough. What matters to me is showing up with intention, self-awareness, and authenticity. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect!
