My Journey
My own transformation began in July 2022, when I made the life-changing decision to quit drinking after 35 years. Through Annie Grace's compassion-led program, This Naked Mind, I transformed my relationship with alcohol. This profound experience inspired me to train as an Affective Liminal Psychology (ALP) coach at the TNM Institute. Now, I help others find freedom from alcohol and overcome other unwanted habits or limiting beliefs that are holding them back.
